Posters can play righteous about how great the class is, and how it’s not a disappointment, but at the end of the day, we’ve lost ground, and it’s going to take “exceptional” Recruiting to get make it back up, not “really good after a 5-7 season” Recruiting.

i think it's pretty much a "must" that we do get those three at this point.

We are ahead on 247...our average rankings is pretty much the same

At the end of the day, it looks like we end up with 3 5*, a lot of 4*, and a few 3*.

Yes, the whiffs suck. But you have to expect crazy season to be a little crazy and some of the recruiting struggles from this staff. They have to clean up the mess left from the last few years of crap on aisle 9.

Nobody has real access unless they are actually part of the staff in some capacity tbh. Most of the stuff is just here say from people that work for UT in other roles or media friends.

I can’t help but wonder if we landed an OC, or had a plan in place...it wouldn’t have helped create a little buzz and could’ve helped in recruiting.

Ellis is the only guy it might have made a difference with IMO.

usually i agree. but his offer was late, and feels a lot like a "we ran out of options" take. we missed on the 3 WR targets left on the board in haselwood, payton and ellis. back up to the back up to the back up.

Pruitt did a video with Chris Low on @volfootball on Twitter. Talks about the line of scrimmage, Fitz staying, having a year to recruit. Pretty generic but nice to hear coach talk about today.
