@TBrown Just got finished reading a piece the Athletic did on the UT - Memphis game from 2008 and had a question. Since when is Chris Douglas-Roberts known as Supreme Bey? And...why?

Two things about that article:

Antonio Anderson saying if that game were played 100 times Memphis would win 99

And Bruce Pearl standing on tables in the middle of the afternoon at rendezvous yelling we’re going to beat the #1 team in the country

Anderson saying that while not acknowledging Lofton played one of the three worst games in his career at UT is great

Seems like there’s supposed to be some serious talent coming in this weekend but I don’t know how realistic a shot we have with any of them. Afraid it’s going to be a lot of photo ops with really talented guys who are here for a good time but we aren’t going to actually land.
