It's the idea that Pruitt identified what he wanted pretty early on, got it, but needed to wait to announce it.

DMs creditability and Fulmers competance are going to be questioned along with Pruitts hiring ability with a pretty large pot to work with.

Yea I’m honestly to the point where I’m done trying to put my ear to the ground and read the tea leaves. Just ready to see something get done.

There’s hundreds of colleges at every level that are filled with great offenses minds. I will be open minded to literally anyone that doesn’t run the triple option. But so help me god if we hire rush,.... that’s my only rule.

So it’s noted that Chip Long is a home run hire but looking at Notre Dame’s film it’s hard to see why.

Well fit may be just right. It is difficult for me to know who would be a homerun hire. There are great coaches that just need a chance but it is hard to take a chance with the roster and inexperience we have. Plus a new staff.
