as far as wins/losses go over hte past decade, there's a lot of programs that fall in that category.
Cat's post also stated we CAN'T compete with FSU. are you now saying we can't compete with LSU?
cause, we haven't competed w/anyone at the highest level of college football in a long time.
it's the notion that "we can't" that is just lazy. we can't compete with FSU, who hired a head coach with an overall losing record?
really?
or a program that whiffed on their first choice, twice in consecutive years, only to promote ed orgeron cause they were out of options, while they watch their first choices head to aTm and Texas a year later?
gimmie a break.
No no that’s not what I’m saying. I’m just saying in general they are about 10 jobs that are gonna be better destinations than TN no matter what is going on in football. I think FSU is one of those. FSU should be one of the easiest places to win in the country every year.
I’m telling y’all if we hire Probst for OC I’ll delete my account and not bring bring one back until a new staff is in.
ok, then how did they not attract something better than sub .500 willie taggart? No no that’s not what I’m saying. Right..but half-hearted effort will get anybody killed against even mediocre offenses like Vandy, much less a skilled efficient offense like Mizzou'sIt’s not like he didn’t know what they were doing, but Mizzou ran RPOs as well as anybody we faced this year and it gave us trouble.
It wouldn’t be surprising to me at all if Pruitt was picking the minds of guys like Freeze, Briles, or Yurcich for things that give them trouble with RPOs.
