Ponz was way too ambitious. He could have dunked it on the guy if he didn't try to take off from 20 feet away. But one guy jumped vertical while the other jumped horizontal. Not that impressive considering. Looked brutal, but I think anyone on the court would have been capable of blocking that same dunk attempt.
Yep, he took off way to early and payed for it.

Exactly. I thought it was a serious body foul as well.

Watched a top 10 plays from this weekend on one of the ESPN channels while I was working out today... They showed a clip from the UT vs Gonzaga game and figured it would be the Admiral three.... NOPE, it was their guy blocking Ponz's shot... yep, we beat the #1 team yesterday, but the top 10 play they show is them blocking one of our shots... SMH... maybe ESPN does hate us?
That was top ten worthy if I'm totally honest. Clarke blocked the crap out of Pons

Ok debby downers, other than FSU what other 5-7 or worse team is recruiting at the level of Pruitt?
EXACTLY right! The first step is look at what, Arky, FSU, and NEB did this year, then look at recruiting for 2019. We are way ahead of the rest that are in a similar situation. We will sign a top 10 class and win 7-8 games next year. If that happens, we will know we got the right coach!

I wouldn’t consider us way ahead of any of them.

So what I take from Price comments on podcast and on midday 180 is that Pruitt was kind of like WTF after meeting with briles/Lebby when they were saying everything is by memory and not on paper(playbook). That seems like was a big philosophy difference and why Briles wants to bring Clements with him everywhere he goes.

I don't blame Pruitt if he wasn't comfortable with that.
