Why would he step laterally (arguably down to a death-spiraling program) when he is undoubtedly on the big-time head-coaching radar? Don't say money, United Fat Orange Bank is closed.

Actually, I watched some of the game today and was surprised they didn't run the spread. What I saw seemed to be more run than pass, between the tackles mostly with a little trickery thrown in. Actually posted the thread in the car. Sorry it crated so much butt hurt. Figured I'd get it from Joe Dawg being a GA fan and all.

We did that my senior year in High School 1979. Pretty cool look when breaking the huddle, made us look like we had an advanced offense even though we were still 3 yards and a cloud of dust.

OC for a team that has won 6 of 7 FCS Champions. They are looking to make it 7 of 8. He has power experience in the big 10 and fast offense in the Big 12. He is in no way shape or form a candidate, however he is representative of what you can find if you look.

The original post has been getting flamed and I sure I will too but, he would be IMO would be a good hire. The real question is his recruiting ability. The guy knows his stuff and is an excellent play caller.

if a record means anything just look at the North Dakota State record from now back twenty years...not too shabby...still a big chance to take and don't thing Coach Pruitt would do that...but, we'll see...:D

Courtney Messingham isn't interested, but Kortney Dunbar is rumored to be in the mix.

I'm going back to this guy as my number one wish for OC. Obviously isn't happening as he isn't in the same solar system as the OC search. I think he runs the right offense, has the right credentials, and could probably recruit the Big 10 and mid-West. Think OK and NE type linemen......corn(bread) fed.
