Amateur Hour Continues

The French are winning a war against a insurgency in Africa. More than we can calm to be doing.

What does killing insurgents have to do with how they feel about the US? The ONLY time the French thought the US was good for Europe was when we rolled our tanks and men into France to keep them from becoming a distant suburb of Berlin . Since then they think the US and it’s citizens are backwards in their thinking and are only good when they need us to help them kick somebody’s AZZ.

I remember our bombers flying an extra 2k miles to bomb Libya because we couldn’t fly over their air space. I remember the French embassy being hit too by “mistake “.

Anyone remember the president who bombed Libya (and the French embassy) the said “they counted on the US to be passive....the counted wrong “ ?

So what I've gathered is that world opinion mattered when Obama was in office, now it is f them, it doesn't matter, muh Trump?

To me it’s never mattered what others think of us . I couldn’t care less , it has no bearing on me personally , but if you as a leader want to world to respect you as a globist then you do globalist things , if you want to be respected from a position of power then you do things that others would see as powerful . Only my opinion and we all know what that worth , but American presidents DO NOT BOW to other leaders no matter who they are . Bowing is not only considered respectful but a sign of submission to that ruler . The other thing as a president you cannot do is draw a line in the sand publicly and not back it up when you are trying to show power .

I was critical of Obama and the Syrian red line. Don't draw it if you aren't going to follow up. Worst moment of his presidency, imo.

WTF does this even matter????

Your neighbor told me you don’t maintain your yard as you should. You have a low approval rating amongst them.
If multiple neighbors that I know and trust all told me that the newest neighbor was an evil moron, it would impact how I interacted with that new neighbor.

This makes sense and I believe you.

You base your opinions on what others tell you than using your own brain.

I mean, God forbid, you go meet the neighbor and draw your own conclusions.

When Obama was in office I was in the camp that wanted him to quit giving a **** what the rest of the world thought.

Consistently is important and sorely lacking among those who think politics are a game and choose a side.

I thought it was when he said “I’m going to tell Putin to knock it off”
It was dismissive of the problem and we’re still dealing with it now. Except that the real problem has been lost on trying to blame trump

Only a fool doesn't listen to and learn from others. Wisdom is knowing from whom to listen and learn. (Trump's greatest weakness)

Good thing I didn’t listen to all those folks about blacks and Latinos.
I’m cool with being a fool for not listening to them.
