That’s why it could make sense for him to leave. He can’t seem to get hired from Troy, but he will always have that success on his resume. He might want to get out while he is still rolling at Troy to a higher profile opportunity and see if he can’t jump from there.

No way we hire Briles. Assuming Brice knows what he’s talking about, the SEC OC has to be McClendon, right? I would say McClendon and Brown could make sense (in that I don’t see obvious reasons to suspect they are not realistic).

Hard to go from being main man to second fiddle. We will see. He already has P5 experience

And I hope you all get to the point where you hate the “sexy hire” as much as I do. Freeze, Gruden... it’s nauseating. Freeze is a zero-sum game, who moves the needle absolutely no where.

The 95% Doug was talking about earlier today has to be Freeze, If what Brice just said on 104.5 is true...
Brice said administration was told the hire was made, then went silent in regards to Freeze for some reason.
Brent Daughorty then asked him of some new info came to light, Brice said no.
This lines up with Matthews saying they are 95% done earlier, with a couple of loose ends to finish..
