Why is it always like this? Media gets a list of names of candidates (Freeze, Drinkwitz, Lindsey, Friend)

Days go by, Lindsey not on the short list, goes to Kansas

Report comes out we are not hiring from within, strike out Friend

Freeze becomes main target, Drinkwitz is no longer mentioned

Freeze talks stall and likely won't workout

Now here we are and no one knows where we're going with this, WTF?!?!! Every. Time!

Im sitting in a room waiting for the press conference to start and no one is here but me. Oh wait. Never mind. I got drunk and passed out. Im still at the titty bar.

IF Bama doesn't move on Enos, we will. Also, I'd never heard of the Memphis OC, Kenny Dillingham, but someone posted his name yesterday, and looks like a solid guy, though probably tendencies towards spread, which doesn't appear to be what Pruitt/Fulmer want.

I can assume you got duped....the best you can say is yes....take your medicine....and move on to another topic.....more than likely your source got duped....you choose to run with the information you had and it didn't work out, but don't blame your source for it, blame yourself for relaying unreliable source information. You feed info to this board and continued to feed it and build on it without backing down which is irresponsible...and You ask why you have been attacked? Seriously, because you continued to tell people what they want to hear and not what the really.

It's one thing to bring any information to this board and it is welcomed, it is another thing which is wrong to perpetuate it without knowing all the in's and out's.....At this point, Freeze will not probably come to Tennessee. He may want to do so, but the Briarcrest HS girl thing may have legs or will get legs because someone doesn't want it to happen for Tennessee.

Most would be happy with this hire, myself included, but baggage may stop it. Other schools that are desperate will hire him without a second thought as to his past....but Tennessee more than likely will not take a blind look at Freeze until the mess is cleaned up rid of his issues....

Not sure if you’re joking but I’ve wanted to see that offense function with elite athletes for a while.

Could you imagine that offense with Kamara, Kelly and Dobbs?

I have no idea who the new OC is / might be. I get all of my info and dis-info here. I asked my Sheperd; she just cocked her head and looked at me.

Pruitt might or might not get his #1 choice. At some point, he will get someone. Who he gets will be some indication of how much they believe in the future of UT Football, and how well he can sell his vision to his peers.

So, Go Vols.
