Until Delta Burke is sangin I dont believe we will get Freeze. And honestly... I dont think we need his sanctimonious ***! Gulp...gulp... gulp.

We paid Helton $1.2 mil. We pay our S&C the highest. Our OL coach almost makes a mil. We hired a Bama coach and our AD knows what things cost they’re not operating the UT way.

And yet we are still spending much less than many other universities on coaching staffs. TN has been on the cheap for a decade. And it shows.

While not necessarily the best place to learn anything, this forum has a lot of posts, like this one, that is just outright funny. I always look forward to reading stuff like this to start my day.

If Pruitt wants him Phulmer will pay. Whether he wants to come considering he's hot **** right now is another matter. He better pull his weight in recruiting or he'll be playing chess with checkers.

This is the Gruden crap all over again. I have a super secret source and they are telling me what everyone wants to hear, but then I’ll finish my post by saying something tocover my butt when we don’t end up getting the person everyone wants.

At this point we all know it’s NOT FREEZE, the real question is who will actually be the hire. I honestly just hope it’s not another promotion deal like last year, because no one on our O staff showed anything that would lead me to be optimistic. If it is a promotion then that says Pruitt is dead set on being a run first and run heavy team and he will only hire those that will do as he wants. Or in other words he will be another Lyle with the offense. The same could be said if he goes out and hires some lower-mid tier OC that no one had on their list. The only way for him to show he truly wants to win and is willing to do what it takes is to go out and get one of the topOCs on the market, and not a hot position coach to promote to OC either.
