Well there was some smoke that the deal was completed last night, but now with Freeze being in dicusssions with Liberty and FSU, does that take him off the table? Also, with Lindsey most likely going to Kansas, who are we left with?

Well they sure are bringing a lot of noise. I wasn't here for the Gruden fiasco but have seen many references from reading these threads. Found this gem a few months ago.

I don't think this is Pruitt's bust (if it turns out to be a bust) at all. I suspect he had a list (short) and planned to work his way down. Something has stopped him......apparently.

If we end up with Will Friend and a coach shuffle (with a BRAND NEW POSITION COACH - YIPPEE) it will signal that someone in the UT organization doesn't give a rat's behind about winning. Just getting along, not rocking the boat, and not hiring anyone remotely challenging.

Those same people bought the Gruden story and felt like fools when it was over. Of course they couldn't admit that so they blame the admin for not getting it done when the reality is it was never going to happen. They scream louder now because of it
