Im saying freeze already has the job at ut for all these new recruits switching at the last minute who slready have a connection to freeze.

Yeah i seen where Eric Gray decommited from Michigan, Harrison Bailey commited to Tennessee who has no OC yet. They might know something.

Yup we got duped. Freeze isn’t gonna happen. It better be another great selection for OC or this base will go into full blown nuclear meltdown mode....

Harrison bailey can go to any school in the country sir. He doesnt need to go to ut to help them build a program without knowing who will be his oc. You need to research the relationship between hugh freeze and the harrison bailey family. Harrison bailey isnt going to waste a chance at millions in the nfl on just anyone, and to be honest pruitt hasnt won much yet. Harrison Bailey was a regular at ole miss camps, and a huge fan of coach freeze. There were numerous articles on his connections with ole miss and freeze over the years. I believe sbnation did a few. Im aware because i am an ole miss fan who has kept up with their recruiting over the years. We wish freeze could be re-instated at ole miss but we realize that isnt happening. We wish the best for him. I hope he gets the vols job. I used to see his nephew sometimes at the coffee shop. My best guess would be the vols if ut would be willing.

I feel it's safe to assume that a deal is in the works with HF. I think some details have to be ironed out such as staff changes, money, contract lanquage,etc....It would no doubt be a much needed shot in the arm for UT. We would virtually lock-down recruiting in the Memphis area. I got mildly flamed for mentioning the Bailey commit having a HF connection the other day and now a lot of posters say it isn't happening because it wasn't announced over the weekend. I don't consider a hire of this caliber to be just another hire and a little extra time is no big thing.

Would you rather me tell you freeze isnt coming? I really dont care as im an ole miss fan who just wants to see the man coaching again. Some of you vol fans are so negative its rudiculous. I dont get my "fame" from a vol message board. Anybody with common sense can realize the #3 qb in the nation who has been groomed as a qb since he was 7 years old, attended ole miss camps every year, and manning camps is already familiar with peyton and freeze. Would you encourage your #3 rated son to commit to a team without knowing who his coach would be? Not happening with a major recruit. This is serious business, and the kid's future is on the line. Millions of dollars possibly riding on this decision.

Harrison Bailey committing and Eric gray decomitting from UM puts more stock into that we already have a OC set in place to hire..just ironing out the details IMO. It’s either freeze, Enos, Lindsay, or the guy from USCjr
