It amazes me how this kind of attention happens with other places and when it gets to the point this is with us, its usually a done deal and announced soon.

With us, this could drag on for another 5-7 days before we find out that Will Friend has been promoted. Even best case scenario that we do in fact hire him might not be announced for another month.

Crazy.

Haven't seen it mentioned so I thought I would ask. If Freeze is "free and clear" at 5 o'clock could he be waiting on possible HC calls?

Well, I can reiterate. Baggage is why not. you are taking a chance on a guy who has screwed up in the past and is looking for a second chance. That is too much money to pay him when he is the one getting the chance from Tennessee. We will just have to agree to disagree on that.
