Lol. The fact he doesn’t have an orange hoodie on right this minute is baffling to me. He’s proven he can win in the SEC and find good QBs, oh, and ya know....beat Alabama? Guess we aren’t interested in doing that type of thing anymore.

Lots of people on this board showing their age and lack of worldly sophistication. Nowadays, kids don't even go on dates. They group up. If someone wants to get it on, they hit up Tinder and find someone of a like mind to meet up and grind it out. That is the reality of the 'dating world' that the kids we are trying to recruit live in. You may not like it but that's how it is and the more sanctimonious you are it's very likely that your kids are extra freaky to try and over ome the repression that you've saddled them with. Nobody under 20 GAF if someone else pays for boom boom. If anything, they probably wonder why anyone would pay when it's so easy to get for free.

No offense but you think Hugh Freeze is the first and only? When I lived in LA this same topic for recruiting was alive and well under Pete Carroll and USC. Secondly...it’s not a Schiano/Paterno situation. Third...want to turn this around quicker...get a hired gunman to flip your weaknesses. Urban Meyer...with all the crap that was going on at Florida under his reign didn’t scare off OSU. Fourth...he’d be here 2-3 yrs...with an offensive team that should be a machine at that point...which makes hiring a great replacement much easier than begging someone with a great track record to come here and rebuild a bombed building....just saying.

The thing I like about the idea of Freeze is that when he was at Ole Miss he proved he could beat Saban. Who else in the SEC has had the success of Freeze against Nicky?

I doubt it. Wouldn't matter if he were here, in the ACC, Sun Belt, etc. They would be "watching" him the same.

I would bet there are more college football HOF coaches who got prospects laid than didnt. Thats been part of college football longer than the quarterback. Grow up. Its been going on for decades.

Well... not to me.... but perhaps the mindset was different during those times. As I said... there seemed to be a lot of it... a whole lot.
