I went to school with Bowden and watching him play putting the numbers up he did in highschool I noticed that he was a better shooter in transition kinda like a klay Thompson.Ricks offense is a lot of passing and working it into the paint which I completely understand because of schofield and Williams,so I’m not blaming his schemes because it’s worked,it just takes out Bowden or any shooting threat we have on the outside ever getting some type of rhythm,but when Jordan is on he is on.i enjoy watching him play.

It's not like Dobbs was a 3 time all-american passer or anything. Sometimes you have to realize the good old days weren't really all THAT great. Hurts does alot with his legs. I never said he was a geat passer, but I think he was on Dobb's level as a runner - not that I watched every Bammer game to find out.

Edit: I'm not down on JG. It's just that the fact he doesn't move much, and then he gets obliterated, with our current OL.

If you recall, shark humper was caught in the lie about death threats among other things and UF had some leverage to get out from under the buyout. Coupled with the fact he wanted to coach again quickly, Mac knew he should take what he could and let the media scrutiny die down.

He also ended up getting 7.5 million, so it wasn't like he was walking away with very little.

I don’t. Let a different fanbase be miserable for a long time. We have had our fair share of it. If he accepts terms to restructure his contract, then they are basically saying you have one year to be great, or we are firing you. He will be negatively recruited as a dead man walking over the next year. That will be perfect. They won’t be able to recruit that well.

Enos is one of my favorites. Loved what he did with Arky offense. Saban isn't going to let him go anywhere though. He will find Locks a HC job before he loses Enos. Enos is the real genius behind this yrs offense not Locks. Maryland would just have same result as last time if they rehired him

Auburn power brokers fudge that mess up. Now they had to make a dead man walking deal as everyone knows this was to lower the buyout to fire him next yr. It is basically a deal to buy each side time to find future employment and replacement. The deal doesn't allow him to make any coaching upgrade only can spend neutral money. So he can't buyout anyone and can't pay more for replacement if they leave on their own such as Lindsey. After seeing that deal and his bonus coming up I think Lindsey is going to be our new OC at the end of this. He wants to run his own stuff that he ran before and was told he would be able to run before. Instead he was only apparently from reading allowed to install the screen game and intermediate pass game into Gus system. Saw some fans say heck that's only way we move the ball. Lol
