Congrats you aren't smart enough to understand being a position coach at the power 5 level is a very important part of the resume piece for a cordinator at this level.

And Urban Meyer was never a position coach at a Power 5 school before being hired as the Head Coach at Florida.
Utah was in the Mountain West when Urbs was there.
He was a Grad Assistant at Ohio St.
Granted, he was a WR coach at Norte Dame, but they aren't a P5 school...at least not in football.

So, your point is moot. Being a position coach at a P5 school is not always an important part of a resume.
But hey, you're like my teenager...will argue anything.
