Unproven with the big boys...that’s the sword you affixed to the wall before running full speed ahead. GA and WR coach before EAST CAROLINA= “unproven”. SoonerBruin would’ve lol’d 14 paragraphs of disapproval all over that hire. Present time VN has trashed those goal posts and made quite a dirty mess of himself again.

Exactly, Friend is a good OC choice. So why make him OL coach and pay $1.2mil to Helton and then a year later give the job to Friend? Can someone explain that to me?
