First off, you can't sue someone for defamation based on testimony in a court proceeding, so your entire premise is bogus. Second, you do understand what McQuery testified to don't you? McQuery testified that some guy (who I will call Mr. X) told McQuery that another guy (who I will call Mr. Y) told Mr. X that Schiano told him (Mr. Y) that he (Schiano) saw something. So third hand basically. Both Mr. X and Mr. Y denied knowing anything about Schiano as it pertains to McQuery's testimony btw. Incredibly flimsy, it's why nothing came of it. Third, you can't unring a bell, once someone says something, it's out there forever, it's why, we the listeners have a duty not to be morons and demand evidence when people are accused of things.It could take a while but high powered attorneys could prove and have his name removed without him ever making a court appearance
