This simply isn't a good direction for the program or the school. UT doesn't need a second Schiano experience. He may coach again, but I really doubt UT would take that chance.
I could hear all the other coaches telling kids moms "you don't want billy to go there and play under Freeze."
This is how this would work with Freeze. He comes and the offense improves greatly under his guidance. (Good for the Vols). He gets hired away as a HC at another school and UT is looking, once again, for an OC. Lack of continuity is killing this team.
