Pruitt

Even if Pruitt is the right guy I can’t see this being turned around for 3-4 years minimum and maybe longer.
He’s clearly not the right guy and no amount of time will ever get this ish hole turned around. Just the way it is. Pruitt just told Kesling he was upset and “not used to losing”...we’ll get used to it chief, at least for the next 2 more years, until the next AD fires your ass and you’re back coordinating somebody’s defense.

Tennessee needs stability. Hopefully, if the fan base can see some improvement each year we can get that. However, at the present time, I am not seeing it with Ears.

He needs to cut those without the fight or drive to win and haul in a top notch recruiting class. If he does that, it will take a few years but we will see improvement next fall. I even think Helton gets a pass until we can see how his game plan is executed by players who want to win.

I do like him and hope does better in the future, but today and last week really, really sucked!

He needs to get his **** together sooner rather than later...................
All this is true but give him time

Helton probably should walk and wait for it, here it is, there may be some others decided to leave their contracts or be bought out and leave. You may have seen nothing yet. Then you are going to know what was going on inside wasn't good. I don't know this but we shall see.

if he's going to cull players, which definitely needs to be done, and he also needs the cull part of that pathetic coaching staff. you don't get to put in that kind of performance and keep the million dollar paychecks.

I get it. If we had really good coaches, these same players would be much better and we would have won 8-9 games. Am I following your logic? Are there any coaches you see as particularly pathetic or is it the whole lot of them?

Who said we would have won 8-9 games? You just made that up. Nice move.

if it were impossible to coach these players up and make them better at the end of the season and they were at the beginning of the season, then why did they accept the millions and millions of dollars to do just that? You can't have it both ways.

I would fire Helton before he got on the team bus. Will Friend probably needs to go as well. This kind of incompetence just can't be tolerated. And frankly, Pruitt needs to fire himself as defensive coordinator. Give Sherrer the job and just work closely with him. This team needs and deserves a head coach, and now we have a defensive coordinator but not a committed full-time head coach.

Yea. This is Stoops 6th year at Kentucky...
It's not an apple to apple comparison. Just from a recruiting standpoint.

Stoops has had one abnormal season as well. He hasnt sustained anything yet. Will probably take a step back toward the UK everybody knows next year after graduation.

Snell Jr. Was Stoops' Dobbs. Before we crown Kentucky as the model of an SEC rebuild, let's see what Stoops does when he has to replace the majority of his offensive production.
