So many big games for us out of conference. Kansas most likely, then the Zags, and later on WVU. Memphis potentially a tough game being on the road.

Duke who?

Those baller Vols looking great!

Who needs one big in Mt Zion when you got two in Mt Grant and Mt Admiral?

Improvement to be had for sure, but plenty of time until March. Really looking forward to watching the game against Kansas!

Fulkerson was playing well and then we didn't see him anymore. Did he get hurt? Foul trouble? The others were playing better? Seemed like our team got better when Grant/Alexander bumped heads.

This is going to be a fun basketball season, I hope.

I know this team is going dancing regardless but if Kansas wins and we beat them we will have essentially punched our ticket already.

Also, outside of Auburn and UK, the SEC is terrible. We should win most games even if we struggle some offensively.

#1 seed in Dance.

Yep. And whatever happens, at least the opportunity is in front of us.

I love Rick Barnes’ scheduling philosophy. Our team learns and grows from these early opportunities against elite teams win or lose. This season, we not only have a learning opportunity but an opportunity to truly distinguish ourselves in the national conversation.

He isn’t quite right about the roster, but he is right about the job Pruitt has done.
I don't see how he's wrong about the roster given that we've been the dog in every game. Sure, you can use the on paper argument about the roster but the reality is that it's the worst we've had in recent memory. It doesn't do us much good to have all these great skills players when we can't give the QB time to throw or prevent the RB from getting hit behind the LOS. We have similar issues on defense. Those star rankings haven't helped us so much as slow down a spread team.
