Mizzou, Scar, Auburn, Oregon and Bama were all legit top 10 teams, 3 finished top 5 and that doesn’t include bama. Uga was good until we destroyed them with injuries and Vandy was top 25
I said it was debatable, Smokey; didn't say it as fact. 4 teams this yr could finish in top 10, and this Bama team is far better than ANY team in '13.

Bob Stoops left OU in a great position. Retired while he was still on top. All Riley has to do is not mess it up. Would have been like Fulmer stepping down after 2007 and handing the keys to Cut. We would still be rolling.
As far as leadership at the top, specifically at the President and AD positions, Oklahoma has stability similar to that of what we had with Joe Johnson and Dickey here at Tennessee. I still don't think it's a coincidence that Fulmer's ship started to slowly sink when those two stepped down.

Mizzou has a pretty good backup. He’ll be a Rs So, they’re high on him
We’ll have JG who is better than their backup. 2nd year of Pruitt and his culture, what should be an improved OL, I’m not worried about Mizzou without Lock. Doubt their backup picks up blitzes and makes perfect NFL throws like he did on Saturday

Going into the season i called 5-7 or 6-6. That was when we still had Trey Smith and OL transfer Kennedy. I believe if they both stayed healthy we could go 6-6. I think we end up 5-7.

Next year 7-5. Losses to FL, UGA, Bama, Missouri, and UAB.
I'd swap Mississippi State with UAB.

We lose to Scar or Missou and one of BYU or UAB. We take down MSU. I think that sounds about right. Not trying to be edgy...
I just don’t see us losing to uab. I think MSU is a 50/50, Scar W, and Mizzou slight favorite depending on a few things. I think BYU could definitely give us problems, they seem to always pull off an upset

I know, and I was provided my side of why I think 2013 was harder. Didn’t mean to come off hostile if I did😂

only time will tell, he’s a big question mark for sure. But they love his football IQ and athleticism, he threw for like 4000 yards in sr year

I didn't mean any toward you, either, man. Again, disappointment, absolutely...far from failure...going all the way back to OP.

Yeah you have absolutely no basis in saying their backup QB isn't better than Guarantano.
