Yeah that’s the difference. And those two big turnovers were a killer. This actually would be a good game without them.

Also - it’s clear why JG is our starter for those who still wondered...

I started really following UT Football about 2008 so I've only seen us at our worst really. Out of patience, will not do a long rebuild. Probably a bit self destructive, but we have waited long enough lol

Another bad stat for Tennessee - Kiffin, Dooley, Chaney and Jones all came back to Knoxville as assistants after being let go as our head coaches, and they are undefeated.

It looked like the mistake was Chryst's. You don't throw back shoulder when the WR has a step on the DB, and Calloway had a step on Acy. Need to lead the WR with the throw when the DB is trailing.

Really funny considering Jones recruited the players that got beaten by Alabama and he had literally nothing to do with Alabama's success. It's interesting that he celebrated after the game considering those are basically his players that got beat, shows the kind of person he is. Dooley has the benefit of having a QB that can make every throw and a line with a pulse.

I’m not sure how to assess the coaches. It’s clear we don’t have the players. I will say I thought Pruitt was defeated at halftime - he didn’t sound confident going into the tunnel in his interview.

I’m convinced we need stability and time. That’s what will get us back. Not sure our fans are ready to let us have it.

Honestly hard to tell the difference between this game and the WVU or Florida games. But there are plenty of good coaches who had tough first years (Saban; Smart). Just got to put heads down and keep grinding.
