Most likely 54-46. Tester has pulled ahead and McSally is ahead with only absentee ballots needed to be counted. Sinema is close enough however that she still has a chance of winning which would leave it st 53-47.

By this logic I assume you think the GOP took the house from Obama bc the country wanted to see Obama’s birth certificate and his college transcripts?

Don’t be stupid. That’s not why the Dems took the house or why the GOP did under Obama.

They've gone from victory lap to Trump comparisons to the mob/mafia and that Trump needs to stop taking this personally from the media and focus on the agenda. Does the press think the remarks made every 5 mins about him personally are towards the agenda and not insulting to him and his family?

Then Nancy follows it up with all politics are personal.

Tester has pulled ahead and is likely to win. McSally ahead with 99% of the vote in. Still close enough where Sinema can pull it out with outstanding absentee ballots, but likely will stay Republican. Final composition looks to be 54-46. The good news for republicans is that basically ensures that they keep control of the senate in the 2020 election.

There is a 1924 IRS tax code law that allows Congress to subpoena tax records for confidential review. Regrettably I’m sure that confidentiality will sadly somehow get violated once they have them.

As far as not releasing them at this point I think he’s doing it just to piss the moonbats off. And from seeing LG’s daily TDS on the topic I’d say it’s working exactly how he wants. 😂

Two things I am happy about right now that weren't known when I went to bed last night:

1) Dean Heller ... history.
2) Scott Walker ... history.

Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin all went deep blue last night. Trump is going to have a hard time winning any of those states again... He will most likely need to have one of them.

Interesting - wonder if they can subpoena them from the POTUS? I'm betting the legal challenge will drag beyond 2 years.
