Probably, but it's tightening. Abrams needs to win the last 10% by a 3 to 1 margin to knock Kemp under 50%.

If this holds, the polling is going to be off about 2-3 points.

I didnt realize they are the 37th state where felons can vote. Thats about 3/4s. Interesting. I agree with the policy personally, once a man is released, off parole, etc he has paid his debt and has a lifetime of hurdles ahead trying to find a goid job, rent, etc...he is still entitled to his say and representation as a citizen. Others may disagree, that's your right. There are some crimes which are felonies that should never brand a man for life, and certainly dont make him not an American citizen.
