I've been reading about Keto, macros, micros, yada yada. More so for my son, he's 11, 5'5", 140, and want a good meal plan for him.
I walk around at 210 with 11-12%, and cut to around 200-203/4ish for summer and hover around 8%. I'm 40 tho, and honestly just getting tired of putting the work in, but then again vain, and don't want to get soft.
What works for me isn't working well for my son. Then again he's young, very active and needs more calories. He's frustrated bc all his friends are skin and bone, and he wants to be that way too. Telling him to be patient is a struggle, he won't give a **** when he's 220+ and 6'2!! Lol
