It's a 3-4 year process to get his own players......people who live for instant gratification are almost never inspired by anything and habitual complainers about everything..... sound familiar?

Instant gratification? For Tennessee fans? Dude, we’re going on 2 decades since Tennessee has been worth an ish, and there’s no sign, zero sign that it’s getting better anytime soon. Not Pruitt’s fault, but he’s gonna catch some of the frustration, especially when he puts a team out there that looks like it looked today. Being a Tennessee fan is a miserable, loathsome existence on Saturdays in the fall for a long, long time now. Let’s not act like fans are being unreasonable and impatient here.

Do you think ANY of those OL today will EVER want their future sons or daughters to watch their performance in this game today?
I guarantee you that NONE of them will say.... "Yeah...it was my coach's fault that I couldn't move that DL off the LOS.....Yeah--see here I forgot my assignment and that I had to pick up that dude who hit my QB". Yep, Jr....watch me miss another block during this possession.....
