The argument is that the players we have were recruited to run a completely different style of offense. What we’re doing know may not be fancy but it’s also not what they were brought in to do scheme wise. We just need a new bodies who are tailored to this style of offense.

I’m not so sure about that. If it was @kentucky I would agree, but I think we can keep it close. I ultimately do think we will take a loss though.

Does it matter what style of offense it is when you’re an SEC lineman matched up against a guy that plays for Charlotte? You should win that battle every time

The scheme hasn't changed enough that lining up correctly, standing up and pushing a Charlotte 49er is a scheme issue. Sorry dude, a Vol o line should be able to play short one guy and create holes against a CUSA bottom dweller.

OC must come up w/something besides running the ball for no gains. Just throw the damn ball.
OL is terrible. They couldn't block 86 yo grandmas from blitzing.

At some point you have to be able to line up and beat the man in front of you. We haven't done that today.

Never said he's perfect, but the crap he gets is ridiculous. He's been fine except 2 plays. Its the line that is not doing jack

The scoring drive was pretty. Why stop? The run game just isn't going to happen. Salvage a win as not to be the first 3-9 team in history.

It's sad but true, we aren't even good enough to coast against a C-USA team, it's not that we aren't trying, we just don't have the horsepower or playing ability to get it done yet, and it's no one's fault but CBJ's ... he's got to be glad he's not around anymore, he should have been fired after the 2016 season

No one repeated the part about "he missed a couple of throws......he needs to get the ball out quicker."
