Wonder if he will be back for some of our last games, and isn't he doing more in practice now?

Obviously we don't want to rush anything. Some players have come back in as little as 3 months. But I doubt that we would want that approach for a Lineman unless they retrofitted him with some bionics. lol

Maybe he can play in a bowl game but I wouldn't count on it. With the redshirt rule though, he still has 3 more games under his belt.

Agreed. I thought he just had one year for us regardless of injury due to a previous red shirt. I’m almost certain he’s finished as a collegiate athlete.
Just reread your post. You think he’s only a sophomore? I may be way off.

Kennedy?
As I recall, he was assassinated in Dallas by that slug, Lee Harvey Oswald.

Even if he heals quickly, he wouldn't be in playing shape before next spring anyway. I am kind of looking at next year with a fair amount of optimism for this O Line. Kennedy back, Jamir Johnson is a nasty dude they plan to put some weight on, Wanya Morris coming in along with Jackson Lampley, Richmond showing signs of playing better, Neihaus, Ryan Johnson getting lots of experience and Jerome Carvin growing up quickly, getting significant playing time.

Did he commit? I haven't seen it. I know the recruiting services thinks he's leaning our way. I've seen him listed as 275lbs and 300lbs. If he's 300 or better, yeah, I'll be even more optimistic about our O Line over the next 2-3 years.

Trey should be back. OL may be a bright spot. Would love to see JG behind a decent to better OL. WOW. Sky's the limit, but I know that will fall on deaf ears of the KC camp. Why in the world do some fans feel the need to make a mountain out of a molehill? I trust the coaches that watch ALL practices and analyze game film that the best QB is on the field? Once again, same group of fans have an agenda instead of pulling for a kid that puts us in the best position to win. Amazing......... the word clueless comes to mind.

Hows the guy doing who played with the torn ACL a few years ago? Jacob Gilliam I think, right?Should name a freaking iron man trophy after that guy. He played like half a season at left(or right) tackle with it gone if I remember..

Knee injuries, especially ACL, for bigger guys like lineman are harder to come back from quickly. I think he does some work in the spring, but will be no contact at all, probably just strength and conditioning stuff. I think we should be happy if hes 100% by fall camp, but that could also be pushing it. Different people also recover at different rates as well.

Not according to the inept Warren Commission.

My grandmother, who grew up in New Orleans and was indirectly involved with some extremely crooked things, witnessed an/the exchange that caused that. Most probably wouldn’t believe who paid for it to happen. She told me 2 or 3 years ago when she believed she was going to die from cancer. The story sounds like it’s from a movie, but she doesn’t have any reason to lie to me.

There is no reason to expect Trey back. He has a chronic medical condition that can only be treated not cured.
