literally he is a sophomore QB in a new Pro-Style offense vs that BS Spread Butch ran for his first 2 seasons in the program, he gets no help from the run game, and our offensive line is like a sift, and people act like he's the problem. JG isn't the problem, kid gives his all for UT IMHO

He's an accurate passer that just lacks pocket presents. He needs to work on getting the ball out quicker with faster decision making and work on footwork/mobility within the pocket. He does that, and the presents will come.

My basketball Vols expectation is to win 25 or so regular season games, get a solid tourney seeding, and then play hard from there. I have no idea how deep we will go but I would like to see a sweet 16 at least.

The NCAA tourney is a big crap shoot. Generally an elite team with elite talent wins it all (that’s not necessarily us) but any number of things outside of Tennessee’s control can happen along the way to prevent us from going deep. If Kyle Alexander doesn’t get hurt, I think we could have gone deep last year.

I’m going to enjoy this season regardless! It’s fun to have high expectations in a major sport again.

Taking in account the nature of college basketball and the structure of the March tournament I think it’s pretty stupid to expect your team to make the final four. I know we have a good veteran team that has the talent and makeup to make a run.

Virginia got beat by a 16th seed last year. You just have no idea how things will play out come tournament time.

Well I guess I'm a damn moron for actually having confidence on this team.

He's made some considerable progress this year. If he stays on this path and the offensive line magically fixes itself between now and next year he will be in position to be a top 3 round draft pick in 2020. We are going to have the weapons at the skill positions to be very very good offensive football team next year if the o-line improves.

well, saban hired both of them at some point in thier careers, so he must think something good about them.........

We do have a lot of insane fans though.

Regarding basketvols, it's entirely possible we could be better than last year yet have a worse record. Yes we return everyone and hope bench guys improve. However we must remember the SEC is going to be even better this year. KY will always be a threat. Auburn will better than last season. Vandy, LSU and South Carolina likely are better than they were last yr. sec basketball is on the rise

Sec Mike reads too much volnation. It is a very small vocal minority that's want JG benched. There are a lot that see improvements need to be made but not calling for a benching
