The day I feel like some of these "fans" around here, and type post after post after post of misery, negativity, and what's "real", is the day I just stop.

If you notice, anytime any good info comes in about a recruit, none of them are to be found, crickets; but, let us lose one or hear about one leaning elsewhere, and you won't be able to count the "he gone's" or "lol's" they'll be falling over themselves to post. I've come to realize that most of them are clowns, and try my damndest to stay out of it...as you can see, sometimes I fail miserably.
We all step in dog chief sometimes.

False narrative. I’m always here and bring good news :)

During the Fulmer years, we straight up owned Bama.

Unfortunately, Bama’s Administration made the right hire while UT’s Administration kept making the wrong hires that resulted into a circus show. Which is why we cannot compete with Bama and the other top programs for now.

I like Pruitt’s passion and understanding of the game which is more than the last previous coaches we’ve had.

I believe he’ll get us back to competing for National Championships again. Just going to take some time.

We play better on the road and don't forget a couple weeks ago we went to Auburn and thumped them pretty good. Auburn is much better than SC. We're going to make SC fans wish the black jerseys didn't exist. Saturday night is the beginning of the end of SC fans thinking they might be in the top 3 in the SEC East going forward for awhile. Muschamp's seat will get hot.

On the other hand, Pruitt will have taken a Tennessee team, with a very limited roster, on the road and gotten two huge conference road wins in back to back attempts. He'll be 2/3 in road games vs UGA, Auburn and USC, in his first season. REALLY good sign for the future.

Confidence will be high as we roll over Charlotte while looking forward to hosting UK and Mizzou, three straight weeks in Neyland. UK is about to come back down to earth in these next few weeks having to face Mizzou, UGA and UT in consecutive weeks. Very good chance they lose both of those games and are limping into Neyland, Vols will be ready to shut down their running game and will score enough to get that W.

Mizzou game in Knoxville will be our toughest challenge remaining but it's still a toss up at this point. And we're not losing to Vandy. They've lost 5 of their last 6 games and it's not getting any easier for them along the way.

Vols are going to win at least 4 of their last 5 with a good chance at a sweep with a W tomorrow. Which means recruiting will take off; Wright, Pappoe, Crouch, Bogle (lol Miami) and other studs will see the future is BRIGHT in Knoxville with this staff and they'll jump in the ship. The offseason will be a blast in the recruiting forum with 4 star after 4 star commit in the spring. We'll be predicting 10+ in 2019 by April. GBMFO

Well, I guess that's the true definition of assurance :):)

Wet need some orange and white represented in the SEC network.

Pawl ain't cutting it.

I happened to see Gene Wojciechowski on Paul’s show yesterday. I knew he was a UT grad, too, and he has been doing pieces for GameDay the last few years. It sounded like he and Paul don’t see each other much, but it was a very interesting discussion.

They were at UT together for a couple of years, and Paul was Gene’s sports editor at The Beacon. Gene was a walk on in Major’s first year (which I never knew). He told a story that he lived in the regular dorms, and because practice would run late, he would miss his meals. He met with Majors, who didn’t know his name, and asked if he could eat dinner at the athletic dorm after practice, and Majors said he wasn’t allowed to do it. They laughed about Majors following the rules.

I don’t watch Paul’s show much, but it was probably the most interesting discussion I have seen (obviously being a UT fan). I just happened to see it as I took the day off. They also wrote a book together a few years back that became a NY Times best seller.

Good Lord!!! This is a recruiting thread not a rivalry debate. Open a thread on the "Football" forum a let those of us who DGAS what you think about Tn/Al ignore you while we follow Mr. Wright's possible relocation to Knoxville.
