This is my feeling as well. There have been times that he's been in attack-mode with no real reason to be, and I think fans remember those instances and lash out at him. He's mostly on-point, but I do agree with the poster above that he's not as witty as he thinks he is, or maybe he really is hilarious but it just doesn't come out that way in his writing.

I’m not a huge Twitter guy but Rucker is the only person I’ve ever unfollowed. He filled up my timeline with tweets about soccer and his beard. This was two or three years ago. I have no idea what he tweets about now other than what was posted in the OP.

Also the only time I see VAWLS is when it’s used in a derogatory manner by opposing fans, especially Vandy fans.
