Do you know if that person was trans? According to the copy and paste of Franklin, this was a drag queen. Dude could very well be straight and just like women's clothing. But again, we should have ended the thread long ago because South has provided indisputable proof of his/her claims with his opinion.

That is what I suggested. Vet everyone so that the homophobes can have their snowflake pissy party. Maybe their kids can teach them something about tolerance along the way.

Doesnt matter what student asked who to speak. The teachers and administratos of the school run it not the students or parents of the students. They should have had enough sense to realize that this type of behavior shouldnt be accepted as normal. Middle school children are very impressioinable. This could cause children to ask questions they shouldnt have to. Yes I have a problem with it. The fact that you dont says a lot about you.

I already said it. These people have mental issues. Does that mean they can’t function in society? No it doesn’t but they are not normal. This kid must’ve been trying to do something nice for this person but it should’ve approved in a school environment. You can be tolerant of people and still be offput by their lifestyle (this could be many things). I know homosexuals and interact with them fine but I still think it’s gross they have sex with another man and there’s some kind of wiring off somewhere in that regard.

You could change these words you used for LGBTQ to religion, ethnicity, anything. The same argument could be made. If you don't want your kids exposed to diverse people, take them out of public school and send them off to private school. Or home-school them if you really want to cut them off from society. The fact that I don't care does say a lot about me, and I'm completely fine with that.

I understand that you are incapable of understanding that all humans are equal regardless of any slanted POV you might have...and I, for one, applaud your courage in revealing the innermost of your self to us for all to learn.

I'm not saying vet everyone - I'm saying some occupations probably could use vetting though.

It depends on the occupation - wild guess I know but someone who's stage name is L'Whor probably has a sexually suggestive job. I doubt the school would make the same argument for a stripper (diversity) or as I suggested earlier a strip club owner or adult bookstore owner.

I'm fine with trans, drag queens and any form or fashion of gender bending. It the topic is "careers" and the career is sexually related I can see where parents might have a problem. Same if it were drug related (my earlier example of drug legalization proponent).

Nope, everyone should be vetted. If we are going to pretend to be equal then we should do so. Do you honestly think this person was training boys how to be a successful queen at the next drag show? They talked about bullying and diversity. If we are going to vet people, then every single priest or pastor should be extremely vetted since they have a knack for kids.

It's not the person it's the topic - a stage name of L'Whor is going to raise eyebrows every time. Wasn't it about careers?

If you want to have a bullying and diversity talk series that's one thing but doing as "career day" sure seems like a stretch.

We are assuming a lot about her. She could be making a **** ton of money. A kid invited their relative. They were proud enough of her and wanted to share that with their friends. I don't see the problem.

You claim that people have a fear of gay or trans people? Lol. Seriously its got nothing to do with fear. Your progressive attitude is really working wonders isnt it? I mean you have humans identifying as animals, white people identifying as black and biological men and women ignoring science and thinking they are different than what they were created.

Its a sick, twisted society that fosters and perpetuates this kind of behavior. I guess you should fit right in.
