See, that's the disconnect. Transsexuals are not "grown men." They are men transitioning to women. I'm sure they aren't wanting to flaunt their man parts in front of others. If they are actually doing that, then they aren't really transsexual. They're men posing as women for nefarious purposes.

So, to answer your question as stated, of course not. If it was one transsexual being discrete in a locker room of women, I wouldn't care. Again, your gut reaction seems to be that a transsexual is there to do something nefarious.

Obviously, physical issues as you mentioned are a different subject. That's obviously a genetic abnormality.

We're talking a mental component here that's making people believe they are something they are not.

So, you know that being transsexual is definitely a choice? Being homosexual is definitively a choice? I'd actually like to see the evidence on that.

Depends. Not all hermaphrodites have ambiguous genitalia. I raised the question in response to GV's post about genetics. Hermaphrodites have varying degrees of genetic mosaicism which makes them have cells that are both genetically male and female.

So they get a regular check on the birth certificate like say I would .... an apple stem gets the male check , a peach gets the female check .

Nah, I was just quoting Tina Turner, lol! Seriously, though, you think being gay or transgender is based on psychological love? Do you think your psychological feeling of being a guy has no biologic basis? You might be surprised to know that much of psychology has a biologic and sometimes biochemical basis.

Interesting recent case of The Wachowski Brothers (now sisters). One of them transitioned, then was followed by the other. Could there be a biological basis? Purely mental? Dunno, but it does beg the question. I know it's easier to think homosexuals and transgenders are just disturbed sexual deviants to be disgusted by, but I seriously doubt that's the case.

Say the individual is outwardly female, but XY? There actually has been a case of an XY hermaphrodite becoming pregnant. How do you determine where such an individual should use the bathroom?
