He has looked pretty good, especially passing. May not turn out to be a bad trade, but I still think Luka has the better career.

Scoring is about to be at an all time high this year too FTR

I was just watching NFL network while they were talking about the Raiders trading Cooper to the Cowboys, they were going in on Gruden. They were asking how any players can trust him and saying that he's torn down everything they've built in the last 5 years and how there's no "out" in his contract, they're stuck with him.

Yeah until you realize the whole plan is tear it down and rebuild and those players won’t be there in three years anyways

They also talked about how he wasn't good at drafting players and getting much out of them before and what made them think he can do it this time?

I mean idk. How much power does he have in the FO? I assume a lot. But as far as I’m aware he didn’t in his two previous HC jobs.

I mean, he’s gotten three first rounds picks over the next two years and have a bunch of 1-2 year deal contracts to vets. Sounds like a rebuild to me.

Whoever this guy is on NFL network, i forgot his name, he's basically like their Lewis Riddick on ESPN, said Gruden pretty much has full control of the organization.

Gruden essentially ran the Bucs. It was why he was so hated even though he won a super bowl down there

Maybe he can even use one of those picks to draft a player as good as Khalil Mack or Amari Cooper!
