I was just watching NFL network while they were talking about the Raiders trading Cooper to the Cowboys, they were going in on Gruden. They were asking how any players can trust him and saying that he's torn down everything they've built in the last 5 years and how there's no "out" in his contract, they're stuck with him.
They also talked about how he wasn't good at drafting players and getting much out of them before and what made them think he can do it this time?
Whoever this guy is on NFL network, i forgot his name, he's basically like their Lewis Riddick on ESPN, said Gruden pretty much has full control of the organization.I mean idk. How much power does he have in the FO? I assume a lot. But as far as I’m aware he didn’t in his two previous HC jobs.
I mean, he’s gotten three first rounds picks over the next two years and have a bunch of 1-2 year deal contracts to vets. Sounds like a rebuild to me.
Gruden essentially ran the Bucs. It was why he was so hated even though he won a super bowl down thereI mean idk. How much power does he have in the FO? I assume a lot. But as far as I’m aware he didn’t in his two previous HC jobs.
