Lots of ifs here but: If Guarantano continues to improve and stays healthy; if the OL continues to improve in its pass protection; if Wood-Anderson, Jennings and Callaway all return next year for their senior seasons, then the Vols *could* have an elite passing attack in 2019.

Man... pulling into my village tonight on my scooter tonight, a 2 1/2 foot krait was laying in the road. I bucked up to make sure he wasn't living before I passed. Looked like he had just met his end moments before. He was fresh. Last week a big cobra darted out in front of me. There's deadly stuffs everywhere.

All of our players are improving from week to week. Look at JG... who would’ve expected this after Florida? He has improved greatly.

On the VQ podcast they were talking about Alexis Johnson. He was a forgotten man, I certainly didn’t expect much out of him, but he is playing at such a high level they said he has a real chance to get drafted.

It’s just strange to see players actually get better from week to week at TN. Haven’t seen that in a long time. Can’t wait to see what this team looks like next year.

A subtle improvement was that a lot of players were actually in position to make a big play, but missed a tackle or the chance to make an INT. They're emphasizing tackling technique in practice, so the next step is to actually wrap up and bring the guy down... or pull the ball in when they get their hands on it. Warrior barely missed at least two INTs at Auburn. Fundamentals are improving, and we're getting closer to putting it all together.

The roster isn't "SEC good" by any stretch of the imagination. This is still a 6-6 team that just beat another 6-6 team.
