Damn some, well alot ot you ought to feel bad. I only made it to page 18 of the game thread. The way some of you was talking about our players is shameful. No respect at all for these guys giving their all. Sorry Nick I cant go back in there. Some of you saying we have the best fans, they was definitely not in there. I dont have anybody on ignore, but if I keep reading that thread I would prob have 20 at least. I hope yall dont jump to conclusions about stuff in life like you do foosball. Rant over carry on fu$$ers.
Totally agree with this. Was pissed in the moment. Just run and don’t dance and he picks up the first down no problem.Tim Jordan catch at 2:00 in the first half. Looks like he should have kept running towards the sticks out of bounds. He stutter steps and ends up short of the first down, resulting in a punt
It’s been a very long time, but when we line up for a FG now, I’m not really nervous.
Also Joe Doyle’s squirrelly punts that roll forever and negate a return are awesome.
I remember VQ was not optimistic at all about our foot game before the season. Seems about right
- VQI’m sure I’m going to miss someone here but I wanted to recognize some individuals who really stood out today. Obviously Guarantano is at the top of this list, but he had a ton of help from his wideouts today. Jauan Jennings, Josh Palmer and Marquez Callaway all made some big time catches on what were essentially 50/50 balls.
Jennings had his most productive game of the season, pulling in five catches for 71 yards and a touchdown.
The Vols got plenty of stepped up performances on a defense that frustrated Auburn all day long. The Tigers put together a very solid drive to start the game, but outside of that opening possession, never really had a series where they controlled things and just marched down field.
Kyle Phillips finished with a career high nine tackles and 0.5 a sack. Freshman Bryce Thompson picked up his second career interception and had key pass break up in the end zone in the first quarter.
Jonathan Kongbo came up with an interception of his own before he was injured and left the game in the third quarter. His replacement, Deandre Jordan, came in and recorded a key sack on 4th & 4 to kill a fourth quarter Auburn drive.
Auburn had 288 yards of offense in the first half but just 98 yards in the second half before their final desperation drive.
And 1-9 since coming to Columbia. He's 40-13 against everyone else for his career.
Reminder: We still play at Florida (#14) and at Bum****istan (#4).
And through three seasons, we're seeing why his record is what it is. For whatever reason, Muschamp just doesn't get his teams prepared well to perform up to par against good teams.
At what point is this not deeply concerning for the long-term belief in him?
Muschamp could use a statement win.
UT is slowly figuring things out and slowly improving.
We are not.
Please let’s not drag this out. Can we get a petition or something going? Musshit is the reason Jake the Fake was out there. Yes he sucks but we can’t blame him for being out there. It starts at the top! Cut off the head! Mods have some balls and don’t delete this thread! So sick of waiting for next year every year! Next year ain’t coming no time soon! **** **** **** ****!!!!!
