The OL is getting razor thin now. Sure hope we get the injured players back soon. Wonder how close Locklear is to returning? I was a little surprised how small Niehaus looked. How is it he has been in the program three years and weighs only 287??? I would have thought he weighed 310-330 by now. At 6-6, he should have the frame to carry that weight.

Niehaus was 260 when he came in his first year. Factor in no SC coach for at least a year and 30 pounds in 3 years seems about right. Looks like he still could put on an extra 10-15 lbs. 310-315 seems like a good goal for the next 2 years.

He will be coming back from ACL injury and limited playing time in the past 2 years. He didnt play too well the first few games before getting hurt.
