They fired Chizik 2 years removed from buying Cam Newton and a National Championship. Fired Tubberville a few years removed from Cadillac and Ronnie Brown undefeated season.

One thing I loved about the game today, especially the 2nd half, is we just seemed to have complete control of the ballgame. I can't remember a game since Florida in 16 where we seemed to dominate a half like that

Over at Hilton Head for our annual fall vacation. After the game we needed to let off some energy, so we hit the beach in our full UT gear. Was amazed by all the "Go Vols!" we heard. Vol fans everywhere. Ran into a group of guys who were Auburn grads. Class acts and very complimentary. Seems the fog has lifted and the sun is shining bright on Vol Nation once again.

Did anybody else tear up a little when they showed Dad smiling and clapping on the sideline as the celebration began? He knows where all this is going and so do we.

I doubt it will be mentioned in the same light but I think the play of the game was the punt before halftime. It took away any chance for them to try and score and gave us 3 pts and lot of momentum going to the half.
