Dole whip! Simply amazing. When is the last time you had one? They have a new addition (or at least new to me since it's been 2 years since being here). They have the Dole ice cream on top of a pineapple upside down cake. I'm hooked!

If that happened to my son, I would beat the crap out of that kids father and then the coach and tell the kid that he will get his when he turns 18.

When I see injustice like that the drive for violence is something I struggle with. Add the emotion of someone you love, then someone would have to stop me before I killed them. Never loss a fight yet and would be highly motivated to bring these little piss ants some pain.

Shamburger
Sophomore Shawn Shamburger, who didn’t travel with the team to Georgia looks like he’s first in line to take over for Flowers while sophomore Theo Jackson has gotten some work at the other safety spot this week in relief of Abernathy.

“First of all, Theo and Shamburger, or any player, having an opportunity because somebody is hurt ,shouldn’t change the way you practice,” Pruitt said. “If you want to be the best that you can possibly be, you need to practice at your best and prepare at your best, so if the opportunity arises, you’re ready instead of waiting around.

“But, Micah has practiced, he’s got a banged-up ankle and he’ll be ready to play.”

Reading between the lines (and this involves some speculation) that may be Pruitt’s way of saying that Shamburger has practiced well since having a starting job open up in front of him.

We were there this summer and I don’t remembered seeing the ice cream on top of upside down cake. That sounds delicious. You should try the spicy chicken and waffle from Sleepy Hollow Restaurant. Pretty yummy.

And even then with all the turmoil surrounding that game (and during it) -- Hurd quitting and Kamara being injured to name just two major factors -- I can't completely blame him for it. It's hard to stay locked in when everything is falling apart around you.

I think he was afraid of another concussion and that was part of changing positions. I may be wrong, but I think I read something about him seeing double or blurry occasionally while just hanging out being a student,

That sounds amazing. I was there two years ago so they didn’t have it then. Arrived during the A&M game to be exact, and Vol football hasn’t been the same since.
