In honor of Windy, it's hump day!

Brown your hamburger meat then m8x in the taco seasoning like normal, we use 2-3lbs.

Get a bag of the hashbrown rounds, regular works also.

Bake the hashbrowns, then in the pan pour the meat over them, we add some hashbrowns on top.


Then pour a bag of shredded taco blend cheese on top, and bag until cheese is melted.

We put taco sauce and sour cream after that.
