What’s up, homies?! I’m guessing everyone is on here whining about something. I think we are close to fully buying-in to Pruitt and the coaches. I had to pause the game for a while to help my wife with a photography shoot right after we scored the first TD. Never thought I would come back to watch us battle back and have a chance to get the ball back with 10 mins left in the game down 12 points. I enjoyed watching them fight. A long ways to go, but we can build a lot off of the game today. OL looked a lot better. Hoping our playcaller will start trusting them more now to open the playbook earlier in the game.

We get a week off to grow some more and get healthy before heading to AU. I believe in this team a lot more after today, so @Sugaray13 and I are going to go to AU and support our team in 2 weeks. We want to be present for Pruitt’s first big win at TN. ;)

I haven't heard anyone say Smart isn't legit because he lost in the national title game.

There is absolutely no guarantee that Mullen will succeed at Florida. As I recall, Muschamp and McElwain both had a good debut season at Florida.

How did their tenures at Florida end?

My gawd Kentucky has the chance to go 11-1. They play a couple decent team in mizzou and atm and Georgia being there only ranked team left on their schedule which might be their only loss.

Urban did alright there. But like the other two clowns you mentioned, that has zero bearing on how Mullen does at UF.

Muschamp and McElwain were really unproven commodities. Urban won at Utah. Mullen has proven he can win at MISSISSIPPI STATE. He had them ranked number 1.

I hope he sucks. Don’t think he will

I've seen a lot of people on here still question Kirby. Nothing is a guarantee. Muschamp and Mcelwain hadn't proved they could win in this league either prior to there tenures at UF. Mullen has.

My point being that Mullen succeeding at florida is not a guarantee. And beating an overhyped Miss State team proves little.

Kentucky should be a shining example to us. Get a good coach and back off and give him space to implement his system and get his players.

Stoops would have been tarred, feathered and ultimately drowned in the Tennessee River by his third year if he was our coach with his 12-24 record. Then three years later (year 6) we’d still be sitting here tarring and feathering the next coach, and wondering why our administration can’t just pony up the money to buy someone that can come in and win all the big games in their first year because we are a top 10 all time program blah blah blah.
