I was wondering what you thought of Ks testimony yesterday after you said you believed Ford as soon as she read her opening . Being a dem and a woman .

If he hadn't lied under oath, I would say to go ahead and vote. He lied about his past and two other women came forward.. Let the FBI investigate or just go ahead and nominate another Republican.

Perjury is not something politicians let slide. It's the perfect "gotcha". If he lied under oath, is anyone bringing perjury charges?

It actually shows she is exaggerating, which goes to her credibility. The problem is, she really didn't provide any facts, not really to where her credibility could be used to weigh her testimony. There is basically no information or facts, the only facts she really has provided is there was "a party/gathering", she was assaulted/assisted by 1 or 2 people(?), yet none of that can be collaborated. She is a bad witness because she really isn't a witness to anything, not really. What she did provide has been more or less shot down by 5 people, so her credibility has nothing to do with it, not really.

The worse part about the flying bit as she got caught red-handed doubling down on the lie, which is she said congress wouldn't take her testimony in California, then she shut the F up. LOL

The whole thing sounds made up, why, no facts. Its like an alien abducted her with a holobeam. LOL

I don't think she was ever assaulted by anyone. Before her testimony I was willing to give her the benefit of the doubt. After yesterday I think it's a complete fabrication.

Someone on Twitter pointed out yesterday how much of a joke it is for CNN to call Toobin their "Chief Legal Analyst." Such a title implies that he's unbiased, just there to call balls and strikes. He is presented as the umpire in a baseball game, but he sits there and critiques a team's batting order, says the bullpen decision in the 7th inning was stupid, and says the team's cleanup hitter is overrated.

That's fine if he wants to do that, but don't call him an umpire. I don't mind opinions in news, even ones I disagree with. Just don't be disingenuous about it. Calling opinions facts drives me crazy.
