From one of the affidavits submitted by Ford:
“Christine did not mention the assault to me again until June 29, 2018, two days after Justice Anthony Kennedy announced his resignation from the Supreme Court of the United States,” he said.
On that day, Koegler said Ford revealed to him in an email that the person who had assaulted her in high school was President Donald Trump’s “favorite for SCOTUS.”
In his response email, Koegler wrote, “I remember you telling me about him, but I don’t remember his name. Do you mind telling me so I can read about him?”
Ford’s emailed response: “Brett Kavanaugh.”
I think we should all sign affidavits saying we were at the party and K wasn't there. It was actually Bill Clinton that was alone with her. She can't dispute it because she doesn't remember.Maybe today she can go tell 20 more people about it and they can then issue sworn statements supporting her also?
All hearsay and you know it. Proves nothing.
So a memo from Kavanaugh directing a subordinate to violate grand jury secrecy is not an issue because you don't like the character of the person bringing the memo to light. Gotcha
Good...good. Let the hate flow through you young Jedi.I only have one opinion to go along with my one vote so I’m going to use it to cancel Mics out now ... I don’t give a Sh*t what you liberals think , I don’t care if you cry , whine ,kick ,and scream , lie or delay . He should be voted onto the SC just because of the way your party of emotional infants have acted .
Ok. Let’s see the email exchange. From one of the affidavits submitted by Ford:

Cool. Literally proves nothing. No way the attorneys would quote the email exchange but not be willing to share the email itself. Also, would not be surprised to see someone from Yale post the email exchange the classmates of Ramirez and Kavanaugh allegedly engaged in after Kavanaugh was announced as the nominee.
Cool. Literally proves nothing.
So whats the point of quoting it when you can just release it?No way the attorneys would quote the email exchange but not be willing to share the email itself. Also, would not be surprised to see someone from Yale post the email exchange the classmates of Ramirez and Kavanaugh allegedly engaged in after Kavanaugh was announced as the nominee.
And you’re trying to sell hearsay as actual corroboration! Ridiculous! You guys are looking/asking for smoking gun evidence. You're not going to find it. What you have to look for here are things that corroborate the competing claims, contradictions in testimony, etc.
I think Kavanaugh taking absolute positions on his lifestyle during this time (late HS, early college) is going to hurt him because it is already contracted by other people who knew him well. That hurts his credibility. And more could be forthcoming on this.
