My siblings and I are planning a surprise birthday party for my mom

My mom and dad were on a cruise last month

Just so happened my sister had to come to the states while they were gone to go to Texas for some training

She stopped in Charleston so we could do some planning

I came down for that Saturday

We went over to my parents house to get photos of my mom, young, current, etc

We saw the neighbors out

 

[volwindy]

Told them to not say a thing

I talked to my mom this evening

 

[volwindy]

She mentioned to me how the neighbors told her my sister and her friend came over

So I ask why would they come over?

She said probably to do planning for the italy trip since her friend just visited her in Italy

Doesn't make sense to me because why not meet at friends house???

I don't say anything

But my mom thought it was funny to hear about this from them and not my sister

I call my sister and wake her up to discuss

She definitely did not go over there with the friend

 

[volwindy]

And she did not know that mom knows she was in Charleston, she had only told Mom she was going to Texas since they were gone

So who knows if my mom knows what is up, will ha e to try to contact our dad
