If that A&M offense can't score on 'em nobody can.

Alabama is so good I'm having a hard time handicapping their over / unders. I'll definitely be watching and try to find a line that I like. If I like what I see from A&M's offense I'll maybe hop on a 1st half over.

I am not that sold on their offense. I know they played well against Clemson so maybe I need to be but i just can't expect them to score 20 points. I'd bet the over as well if I thought they score 20

Speaking of numbers, the UT - UF total has moved from 48 to 46.5. I think that the 48 is just about right, but I'd even take the under 46.5. I just can't see this game turning into a shootout. Points will be at a premium in this game, as recent history has indicated.

While your assertion that we lost the game to Oklahoma is factual, the point of the video does not appear to be that Neyland Stadium causes our opponents to fear us. The point of the video is to remind everyone that when Neyland is rocking it can be difficult for the other team to overcome that noise and gives the Vols what a home field should - an advantage. If you were not so concerned about harping on everything that others seem to enjoy, you might be able to look past your agenda and enjoy something other than the perceived salt of your enemies' tears.
Sure it can be difficult for opponents when Tennessee is actually good. When the team sucks, it's a walk in the park. And for the last decade or so, it's almost always a walk in the park for a decent opponent. Therefore, the raucous crowd we like to brag about has little affect.

Guess ChismsHeadband can't handle truth. #straightshooter

Yes..a lot of people think that we just made that up. I don't see how he did not get the perma-ban hammer over that. He is the worst troll on VN, and he admitted to doing it.
That's so overblown. I say a lot of things that for whatever reason other posters are afraid to on an anonymous message board. It seems to infuriate a lot of folks who think we should all be biased towards our team in all aspects. Not how I do business.

So I guess we should pretend like something we want to be true is true, even though it isn't, just so we'll be happy. Naw boy. Call it right.

To openly deny any sort of advantage of 100k+ fans screaming their heads off just be contrarian and/or play the "I told you so" card to further crap on true fans' optimism.. You're a real piece of work, you fossil.

I can't figure out why it is so important to you to try to make this point. That's a curious thing. I assume BVS ate away at you to make you this way, and I really do have pity for you for your suffering.

But... actually, the noise did have an effect. The OU players said so themselves. Unfortunately, they were able to overcome the noise effect due to mistakes by the UT coaching staff.

You're the fossil. I've said a couple of different times, when Tennessee is good, of course there is an advantage. When Tennessee sucks like they have for the last decade, it's a walk in the park for decent teams coming in here. Our record at home hasn't exactly been that stellar over the past decade, if you haven't noticed.

That Oklahoma team was legit, and they had to go to overtime to beat Butch Jones. Would have been easier without the crowd. This isn't even an argument.
