I’m about as big a Dansby supporter here but out of the entire La Russa/Stewart regime that might have been the dumbest thing they did. How the hell did they screw that up? Did Bregman develop power later? I wonder how much being in the Houston organization helped his development.

I remember during the draft that Dansby/Bregman were very similar players or that was the comp. I’m just trying to figure out if he had more power from the get go or what. Either way, it sucks imaging what Bregman could have been in Atlanta batting second.

Hmm.. looked it up. Dansby was better in college .. at least the last year.
