Not sure who your talking about exactly but it would have been a lot more enjoyable without silly drive killing mistakes that we can not do next week and expect to win. I just read CP's response about the O's mistakes today so he saw the same thing I saw. Nothing wrong with pointing out things that were today just silly mistakes. I did enjoy watching our D improve today. I am so pulling for CP and this staff to be successful and I know he doesn't have the talent yet so this year I am prepared for a tough one.

Not going at anyone. Just think there is a lot of unwarranted negativity around here. We know what position we are in. It’s gonna be a battle and an uphill one for most of the games. Just enjoy the season and each game. Especially when you can see major improvements with so many of our guys.

For instance Alexis Johnson. Guy has changed his body and is a solid player now. Phillips seemed like a lost cause, now he’s productive. It’s nice to see.

It doesn’t matter how impressive a win was first of all. Bama best UTC in a similar fashion last year.

Also go beyond the score board and look at the yardage difference. We completely dominated the game and pitched a shutout while having multiple turnovers (one should’ve been a TD).
You can not explain to some of these ex coaches. They look at the score not the game. Yes we made mistakes but they did not even come close to putting a point on the board. It is never enough on here for some. We will win next Saturday night.

Well tell Pruitt that. Not that he ever is, but he definitely wasn't jazzed up about anything post game.

On the surface there is nothing really wrong with it. #1 why not just do an earlier walkthrough at like noon ish like almost every other team.

But when you start getting drubbed by NT at home, then everything becomes a problem

Agreed.

This job will come and go for him, time with his son/family won’t. Earlier walk thru seems smart, would think that’s a good option

Season starts back up next week.

Experience gained, no injuries, boring games is all you could ask for last two weeks.

No known injuries this game, but don't underestimate the loss of Kennedy from an already thin OL. At some point this season, I feel like that may jump up and bite us.

Just got back from the game. We dominated them defensively. A few turnovers should have been had. But those will come in clusters. They didn’t even sniff field goal range. The QB was constantly being chased.

Offensively I like our stuff it just doesn’t generate a lot of points lol. Maybe when we get some playmakers at WR and a complete OL then these deep shots will be killer.

I feel confident we can bear UF. We have to.

We did very well the last two weeks relative to my expectations coming in to the season. I thought at least one of these was going to be a UGA / Nichols State. We whipped both teams up and the only reason today was remotely close were unforced errors on our side.

Honestly I can’t recall the last time we dominated a team so thoroughly on both sides as we did today.
Only gave up 130 and some change today, least amount since '09. Yes, UTEP was terrible; but, think about how many terrible teams we've faced since '09, that we couldn't completely shut down like that.

It's his job to tear his team apart and call out every mistake. He's the one charged with fixing those mistakes. There's a reason he's called coach and we're called fans.
