I know he has been at every single practice according to the report. That's ridiculous to think of an AD. He shouldn't be at that many practices
HE'S AN EX FOOTBALL PLAYER AND HOF COACH, MAN! It's only natural he's going to gravitate towards the football field, whether he's happy or not.
There is not one single doubt in mind that if Pruitt, or Friend, had a problem with it, Fulmer wouldn't have been doing it.

Why not? He’s the athletic director. They are part of the athletic department.

They aren't just apart of the athletic department they run the entire athletic department. That means they have lots of responsibilities and it's hard to do that at football practice every single day as VQ said. ADs routinely pop in a see a few practices here and there in all sports but this is very odd.

Keep your eye out for those adams apples...not all those "babes" are ladies buddy..😉 Unless you swing that way...

Was at a trade show in New Orleans 20+ years ago, hanging out in the French Quarter with some of the other engi-nerds. One was pretty proud of his 'luck' with one of the 'ladies' on Bourbon St. No, that was not a banana, and I remember punches getting thrown when that reality became clear.

Lot of those "fruits" in the T-Bay too..

Bruin, Fulmer could schedule his daily tasks in a way that would free up enough time to attend practices. It’s the cash cow of our whole AD. Without it’s success, UT athletics will struggle. I would make damn sure I was at every football practice as well. Now coaching, that’s something for Pruitt/Fulmer to agree upon in advance. UT football is everything for this AD. Follow the money man, follow the money.

I really doubt the Battle Captain has been at every practice. I imagine he has just a little too much on his plate for that. Just tell him to stay away from Barb’s Chip Dip. Its poisionous.

He has assistant athletic directors.

I had a career in industry as a projects control manager for large capital projects. In a $400 million project my cost tracking portfolio might have 2,000 or more line items but more than 80% of the money was being spent on just 10 of those items. I didn’t care if a $25,000 item went over by 100% or even 200%. I cared a great deal if one of those 10 items was going to go over by even 1%.

Football generates 80% or more of the athletic department’s entire revenue. I don’t at all think it’s unreasonable for the director to pay outsize attention to it, even if it’s only for 2 or 3 hours per day. It probably makes a bit of difference that football is his expertise but then again I’m happy he’s not neglecting our rowers.

I wouldn't be so sure but I am sure an assistant coach isn't likely going to voice such a problem to coach Fulmer.
He may not, but you can bet your a** he would to Pruitt, and Pruitt would shut it down. This is Jeremy Pruitt's program, period...and I believe in Fulmer enough that he knows and respects that, and knows his boundaries. You truly believe Fulmer would try to undermine what Pruitt and co are trying to do by crossing the line? Go ahead, I don't.

And you're saying this, absolutely knowing for a fact that Fulmer wasn't asked to be there...he just showed up and went to coaching?
Also, you're saying this, absolutely knowing for a fact the capacity in which Fulmer was helping out today? Was it a little or alot? Was he interrupting Friend, or undermining him in any way? Was he changing technique or scheme?
Unless you know the full details of these questions, and others, what are you talking about, man?!
Looks like a case of the ole eye test. If you didn’t see it personally or have privileged knowledge, then it becomes a guess at that point.
