If Kennedy is hurt I guess it’s Johnson at Center and Carvin gets time to shine at Guard. Or it sets into motion some wild shuffling if we’re to believe Pruitt will put his 6th best OL in the game regardless of position.

I doubt that. He’s behind Bituli, DK, Sapp, and Ignont at least there.

You talked him and Coleman up in the spring, but neither of those guys have really been in the mix.

I’m sure Reid will get some snaps this week if we take care of business, though.

Coleman did look good in the spring. There’s no doubt about it. And we’re okaying 2 LBs the whole game so even if they are occupied by Dk/Sapp and Bituli. You basically only have ignot and Reid until JJ finds a place to fit in.

For Coleman to bolt like that kinda tells that he was expecting PT and felt good about playing at least some.

Well there is a little doubt about it since he came out the 1st game 5th string, got no touches, and then proceeded to transfer upon arriving back in Knox lol

I just think London and banks are better than him but if he’s leaving basically right after the game that probably says he thinks he should’ve been playing. I think all the backs on our roster are good. So I’m sure he will land somewhere.

Seems simple. Two RB's were not available late in the game and when Jordan needed a breather the coaches put in a true freshman ahead of Coleman. If he didn't get any snaps in that situation he knew exactly what that meant for his future prospectus at UT.

It was Chandler and Coleman for most of the spring. Jordan missed all but the last week of spring camp recovering from an appendectomy-- and still lapped Coleman in the O&W game. Despite an inconsistent fall camp, Coleman took issue with a grad transfer and FR getting reps over him. Being older and going through spring practice isn't an entitlement with this staff.

That still leaves Reid as the 5th man up at LB. if we get most of those LBs back and next year and JJ comes along, Reid May end up as our 6th man up.

The fact that Coleman is leaving at a time when we have 1 or two RBs dinged up and we’re about to face 2 cupcakes where he’d get a chance to show what he’s got makes me think he wasn’t poised to ever do much here. I’m sure he looked fine in the spring when Jordan was out and London and Banks hadn’t arrived yet.

Yeah That was Johnson miss. Kennedy noticed it immediately and tried to change what he was doing. Kennedy responsibility was the 2nd level Mike. However considering the play we were running. I'm. It sure why we didn't just line up and block straight up there. Unless it was supposed to be a quick easy play that the formation would set up a bigger play later
It was a block the guy in front of you play. Kennedy was wrong (assuming we're talking about the first play)

Hank don't mind me up in QQ, aka the "Rowdy Row", trying to show my kids a good time with nosebleed seats, $15 M&M's and $7 waters. I'll be sure to show them that Uncle Hank is down on the sidelines hahaha

I didn't call anybody out and u don't know anybody, your Daddy does
Then why you bothering to respond to this. My comment wasn’t directed at you or anyone else. If the guy/girl doesn’t like what i have to see then ignore me or keep scrolling. No need for unnecessary shots from left field.

Because a hate little rich boys that think they are something special when all they really do is ride Daddy's coatails

Someone stated that since Osborne escorted him OOB the refs consider it forced so he’s still able to participate in the play and can touch the ball. I’m not up on the bylaws though so I could be wrong.

Osbourne never went out of bounds on that play. He was barely pushed aside. Should have been ineligible.

Refs missed a few key calls that impacted the game big time for sure. Quite a few missed holding calls and the targeting call on Alexis.
